This traditional style villa is situated in Javea, in the Urbanisation Cap Marti. At 1Km from the beach and all basic amenities such as supermarkets, bars and some shops and 3Km from the town centre. The house is distributed over three floors. Two of them are used as living quarters.
The main floor, which is accessed via a staircase and consists of a living-dining room with fireplace and access to a large naya with tosca arches (typical Javea stone) from where you can enjoy at any time a good read, music or company watching the panoramic views of the sea and the Montgo mountain, the kitchen is independent, modern in style and has plenty of storage space.
