Brand new villa at the beach of la Fustera in Benissa

Located on a quiet plot 1 Km away from the beautiful Fustera´s beach which year after year obtains the blue flag, an award given to the beaches in recognition for their conservation as well as excellent quality of water, sand and facilities. It also features a recognized ecological path where you can walk to Calpe enjoying the amazing views while passing through the amazing coves and cliffs on the way. The house is surrounded by pine trees which will provide you with the privacy you need without blocking the spectacular views to the Mediterranean sea.

?The property is distributed over two floors.

On the main floor, from the entrance you enter the hall of the house with two doors to the right for the laundry area and a courtesy toilet. To the left is the staircase leading to the upper floor and access to an en-suite bedroom. Opposite the hall we access the living area, where we can find the kitchen totally open to the dining room and the living room from where we have direct access to the terrace. Once on the terrace we can find the swimming pool which comes with a relax area where you can enjoy the sun and the views or have dinner in the barbecue. The house is surrounded by a strip of landscaped areas and on one side there is the vehicle access with a pergola with space for two cars.

On the first floor is the sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room. From the bedrooms there is access to an outside terrace from where you can enjoy the sea views.
